February in Chicago is characteristically marked with drinking hot cocoa, shoveling snow, watching the Super Bowl, and eating lots of little heart-shaped candies declaring love’s truest words. This February fashion gurus will have something else to warm our hearts - the release of Prabal Gurung’s limited-edition line of women’s ready-to-wear and accessories, handbags, shoes and jewelry. The 80-piece collection features an array of blazers, dresses, and jewels that accentuate feminine silhouettes through precise tailoring and bold and brilliant palettes. All items range in price from $12.99 to $199.99. The February 10 release date is no coincidence. In an interview with Target’s blog, A Bullseye View, Prabal says his exclusive line is inspired by “a girl’s journey through the different stages of love and the clothes she wears during each milestone - from the first date to meeting the parents to the engagement.” We fully plan on indulging in the fresh prints and colorful cords ourselves, all for the name of love.
