Benefit Cosmetics // Day Four
I hate to admit it, but I am pretty low maintenance when it comes to make up. Give me some bronzer, eyeliner and a little mascara and I am on my way out the door. Primers, highlighters, foundations..what?! Thank goodness for the girls at Benefit to teach me the ways and keep me up-to-date with the latest beauty trends. One of the main reasons I stop by Benefit on a regular basis to get my make up done ($50). Whether I am looking for a new smokey eye for my next event or in need of a more natural look for my everyday, I love how they take me back to the basics. It’s great to get a refresher on not only the correct way to apply a certain product but more importantly, how much. Benefit also offers actual lessons where they will take much more time with you and take you step by step ($85). This is super helpful whether your a bride-to-be who wants to do your own makeup for the big day or you really just want a beauty 101!
On our last visit, I gave the girls a mission. Give me one product that I can’t go home without. Alas, they introduced me to a product that actually minimizes pores and fine lines called, Porefessional! I now use this as my primer before I apply the rest of my makeup.. I know, a huge feat in my day-to-day beauty routine. It is so silky, lightweight, and most importantly helps my makeup stay put throughout my entire day.. exactly why I couldn’t leave without it.
